The Audi Design Foundation
Below is an overview of the funding available through the Audi Design foundation. For more detailed information, see the funding page of the Audi Design Foundation website.
Type of grant(s):
- Design grant: grant covering the cost of test rigs and/or working prototypes in order to prove design ideas; materials, components and specialist services necessary for prototype/design production.
Size of grant(s):
- Grants are in the region of £10,000 - £30,000, however in exceptional circumstances the trustees will consider applications for more than this amount.
Application deadline(s):
- Annual call for for applications;
- Up to 10 grants each year.
Eligibility/Restrictions:
- All applicants must live and work in the UK; applicants need not be UK nationals as long as they meet this condition;
- The following are eligible to apply
- Individuals;
- Groups (including businesses or charities);
- HE & FE departments & institutions;
- Undergraduates & Post-graduates;
- Voluntary groups;
- The lead applicant in all these cases should be the designer(s) behind the idea.
